In the study Top Job - The best employers in Germany's small and medium-sized business sector 2003 (only available in German) Sirona beat 67 other firms to win the top rating in the "Personnel management" category. "This award is a ringing endorsement of our corporate culture and philosophy", says Theo Haar, head of Human Resources and Services. "Every business talks about the importance of having a skilled and motivated workforce. But we really mean it - and we've done something about it."
